We independently verify the qualifications and experience of every team member, including:

• History of employment checks;
• Military and law enforcement background checks;
• Verifiable system in place to ensure continued suitability for employment of personnel;
• Evidence of certification in the use and carriage of firearms;
• Barantas ensures all personnel have appropriate identification documentation, travel documents, visas and medical certificates.

Our teams are equipped with the most appropriate equipment for each job, taking into account,  Flag State, jurisdiction requirements.
