Recent devastating natural disasters taking place and ongoing humanitarian crisis reported around the world has prompted a desire to give something back. The Shareholders of Barantas Security Group have pledged that they will donate a percentage of Company profits from the coming year (2012) to charity.

Donations, to charities yet to be decided, will focus on groups that are providing development programs that improve the standard of living, education, and healthcare, with the ability of self sufficiency in the form of agriculture, fishing, and business development. It is a way of acknowledging that we all need to take some responsibility for those finding themselves in impossible situations and hopefully, by publicising this pledge, encourage other businesses to do the same.  We also remember that it is necessary to look after those in our own backyard.

This page will feature news of the pledge and charities to be included and throughout the year report on what the donations will be used for and then the results that come from it. We would welcome any ideas or suggestions for worthy causes.
